Goodform have been shortlisted for Agency of the Year at the 2022 Football Business Awards, hosted at the Brewery, London on the 27th May.
Goodform were selected by 26 Senior Executives from across the Football League, based on overall commitment to and understanding of football, as well as creativity, insight, and evidence of defining and delivering against client KPI’s.
Goodform deliver data, research, consultancy and marketing services for: the EFL (and by extension 72 EFL clubs), Watford FC and Wrexham AFC, and have a successful history with the likes of Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City. A key objective for Goodform in 2021 was to drive outstanding revenue and ROI outside of matchday, which has never been more important.
Goodform has played a critical role in the growth of iFollow, the EFL’s OTT product, contributing to £42 million in revenue raised for EFL Clubs during the 2020/21 season, providing targeted and automated marketing campaigns, data analysis and supporter research, managed centrally for EFL Digital clubs (see case study).
Furthermore, the biennial EFL Supporters Survey has recently been completed by fans, with Goodform and the EFL delivering a comprehensive insight report, to benefit the EFL, clubs and fans alike.
For Wrexham AFC, fan views informed stadium development at the Racecourse Ground, with Goodform constructing and delivering the supporter survey (see summary of findings).
More recently, Goodform have delivered an audience growth strategy document for Wrexham AFC, intending to utilise success on the pitch, and a global spotlight from new ownership and innovative marketing, to drive acquisition and engagement from local, national and international Wrexham AFC fans.
Finally, turning to the Premier League, Goodform’s highly targeted retail campaigns have achieved over 1000% ROI for Watford FC in 2021, ensuring a valuable income stream against the backdrop of behind closed doors fixtures, with excellent results continuing into 2022.
