Erste Bank Open selects Goodform to power growth through audience insight

Goodform have been selected by the ATP 500 Erste Bank Open in Vienna, hosted by e|motion group, to provide data and digital marketing solutions to improve audience data management, insight and engagement.

2022 saw the tournament achieve record attendances of 70,000 people at the ATP 500 Erste Bank Open, with Goodform technology playing a crucial role in driving ticket sales. A primary focus for Goodform in the build-up to the event was the management of e|motion group’s first-party data and implementing the technical infrastructure to enable real-time audience insights. This involved integrating once disparate data sources into Goodform’s Customer Data Platform to provide a single-customer-view, while complex automated marketing journeys improved the fan purchase experience and boosted engagement.

At a strategic level, Goodform will support to maximise opportunities to grow e|motion group’s owned audience and build direct relationships with fans across the ATP 500 Erste Bank Open and a portfolio of international sports events, including the Vienna Padel Open, which is part of the World Padel Tour (WPT).
