On 10th September 2020, Goodform and Formula 1’s Fan Voice was revealed as the winner of the Best Technology for Sports Commerce at the 2020 Sports Technology Awards, the leading global celebration of tech-led innovations in sports.
Goodform and Formula 1 who launched the global research community platform F1 Fan Voice in May 2018, faced fierce competition for the trophy with: Aasics, Fibodo, F1 and Meshh, F1 and Populus, and Birmingham City and Tappit, also being in contention for the award. Ultimately, Goodform and Formula 1 emerged victorious as the judges found its entry to be “genuinely impressive in terms of scale, scope and detail” and stated that “it’s exciting to see a platform developed that can deliver continuous fan insight with impressive levels of engagement driving commercial success”.
